When he finally realized his visions were clearing up again, it was already dark outside. Forgetting how long he had been sitting in the same chair, he steps out of the station. The twilight welcomed him with a soft breeze he so needed. 1AM is just like that: a time when something that once was a blur, tells you that simplicity may be the answer. Feeling overwhelmed by the energy around him from earlier, the man decides to focus and sets out on a path. He will be like one of them: the one of many that set out for their own futures and walked with grit. Grit, that was an old-fashioned notion in a world where pure effort was simply not enough, but summed up what the man hoped to become. He simply and perhaps too naively saw the world as an opportunity for him to do big things.
